I'm Ready to Cook My Corned Beef and Cabbage

Happy St. Patrick's Day! In an hour, I'll be starting my Corned Beef and Cabbage for dinner, one of the easiest dinners I cook each year. We only eat it once a year because all the seasonings and things added to the meat aren't something we want as part of a steady diet, but as an annual treat, it's simply delicious!

Hope this is a good day for you, after the flooding incident I shared a couple posts back, I'm glad to see the sunshine today, and hope all is well with our readers in places who have been battling the waters.
